B-SIDE — Unofficial Program at Asian Playwrights Meeting 2026 (Package)

1. Each ticket is valid for one participant and the ticket category purchased.
2. A single-program ticket grants admission only to the selected B-SIDE performance. The participant must follow the date, time, and meeting-point information stated on the ticket or confirmation message.
3. Paket APM includes admission for one participant to both B-SIDE performance programs, one APM 2026 Program Book, one Tote Bag, and one APM T-shirt.
4. Tickets are limited and subject to the capacity of each program and venue.
5. Ticket holders must arrive at the announced meeting point at least 30 minutes before the program begins.
6. Late entry may not be possible because both programs involve movement through public or site-specific spaces.
7. Participants must follow instructions from the artist, facilitator, venue team, and B-SIDE crew throughout the program.
8. Program routes, meeting points, and access information may be adjusted due to weather, safety, operational, or venue conditions.
9. Merchandise included in Paket APM will be collected according to instructions from the organiser. Sizes and stock are subject to availability and production confirmation.
10. Purchased tickets are non-refundable except when the relevant program is cancelled by the organiser. Rescheduling or minor program adjustments do not automatically qualify for a refund.
11. Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain. Any participant-name change must be requested through the official contact.
12. Participants are responsible for their personal belongings and are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and footwear.
13. By purchasing a ticket, participants acknowledge that documentation may take place. Any specific privacy or documentation concerns should be communicated to the organiser before the event.
14. The schedule remains subject to minor changes. Final information will be communicated to ticket holders.
